Booking

Your date is held once we receive a signed agreement and a 30% deposit. The balance is due one month before the wedding.

Changes and cancellations

If your date moves, we will do everything we can to follow it. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date within 18 months, subject to availability.

Your films

We deliver your films on the dates in your agreement. You receive one round of changes on each film. We keep a backup of every film and clip for five years.

Music

All music in your films is licensed for personal sharing online. Licences do not cover commercial use.

Using your films

We may share short clips from your films on our website and social media only with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
